Unfortunately in my experience, a large percentage of Chinese
people, be the, born in China or Singapore lack a lot of social
graces.

any of the following cities (HK, Singapore,Shanghai,Beijing) will
guarantee some form of unsociable behaviour. Whether this
originates from pure lack of awareness of other individuals or out
of a lack of consideration and respect, I would be led to believe
that no one can be so oblivious to the existence of other beings,
which leaves us with a sorry but true fact.
