he certianly did ... as usual his
workrate was 110% ... terrorised trotters' left defence with
pennant, finnan etc especially in the 2nd half ... the bolton
keeper saved well from his previous attempt but could do nothing
about the goal ... if he was the m-o-m he deserved it
their keeper played well saving superbly from finnan in the 1st
half & again from hyppia & kuyt in the 2nd half ...
crouchy seems to score the more difficult goals but miss the easy
ones ... bicycle from a 6 foot 7 striker? (& it's not the 1st
time this season too) ... after that super goal he sent a shot
& a header straight at the keeper ... i'm confused
our defence also deserves a mention I thought ... diouf did not
have any time on the ball, we were onto him really quickly & if
we didn't get the ball we got him
... ah
sam had to sub him early in the 2nd half
2 from 2 so far ... we've done well, but as ah ben likes to say we
need to focus on the next game (or 2 matches against 798's gunners)
... very true otherwise these hard earned victories will be wasted
...
