Liverpool hope to complete a loan deal with Marseille this
weekend which will see Djibril Cisse return to France.
The Mirror says the French club have made the staggering decision
to take the striker on a season-long loan deal, even though he
won't be able to play again until Christmas.
Liverpool are delighted by the prospect of getting the French
international off their payroll, and hope to press ahead with the
deal over the weekend.
Cisse will continue to have part of his wages paid by the English
club, but will stay with Marseille all season, and if he proves his
fitness he will make the move a permanent one at the end of the
campaign, for a fee of around £8million.
Sure or not ? 8 million pounds , still can fetch so much after
the breaking leg ?
If it's true , then Marseille is a reasonable lot .
We only lost about 6 million pounds for Cisse , which is 2 million
pounds a year , not too bad . Better than Diouf , we lost more
money , without getting much back from Bolton , now we are in a
dilemma over Diouf , Bolton prefer not to continue the loan deal
