Classic match !

2-0 down , 3-2 down again ..... last minue 3-3 .... Westham hit the post @ extra time ...... Liverpool once again , win a Cup by penalty .

Do you guys know , Reina is the penalty-saving King in Spain for Villareal before he moved to Liverpool ?

Now you know , and I know now !

I am not celebrating the win , West Ham deserve most of the credits , although not winning the cup !

anhydrouscoppersulphate SG

liverpool comeback again!!!! woohoo

798 SG

congrats for liverpool for winning the FA cup! Mr. Green

nonetheless the hammers play well tonite. they will qualify for uefa competition next season?

stellazio SG

i must apologize to the hammers for doubting their credibility ahead of this match.. Crying or Very sad

Poolman SG

same same .

I earlier posted this thread and advance to celebrate ... now i take back my words , no pride to celebrate seeing West Ham played like no tomorrow .

CoolMyth SG

Oh my goodness.....

*recovers from shock*

Almost died from a heart attack or broken heart. I must say, the 3 west ham goals were flukes man, damn it! But props to 'Pool for pulling themselves back.

I thought it was all over when Sheringham came on. Shocker of shockers when Gerrard hit that shot! Mr. Green

Congrats Liverpool. You always make things hard for yourselves but I'm impressed you still came out tops in the end.

You'll Never Walk Alone!

Poolman SG

We can beat Mu , Chelsea , and whacked birmingham 7-0 , and yet when tagged favourite ..... our players seemed to be suffering from serious fatigue .

Carra cramped ..... Cisse hamstring injuries .... Gerrard cramped . even our most atheletic Momo also cramped !

What's wrong with the players ?

CoolMyth SG

The pitch was hard, hard as a rock. Hence, all falls and sprains will be doubly painful.

I'm not surprised players are falling like dominos towards the end of the game. Beside, it's hot there as well too. Wink

stellazio SG

eh after one whole season liao leh..but they got one week of rest..hmm..

Poolman SG

I'm relief to see Alan Pardew took out Dean Ashton , this guy out-shone Crouch for a holding player .

Thank God Ethrington also taken out , this small fella keep our abckline really busy . Because of him , West Ham got that 2nd goal .

Poolman SG

At the end of the scond half xtra time , basically Liverpool has only got 7 players playing , Gerrard can't run , Cisse can't run anymore , Momo can't run anymore .......Carra also affected at the end .

My god , West Ham ... they really lost with their head held high !

Poolman SG

Gerrad Man-Of-the-Match .

Who can deny that ?

Created the goal that close the gap to 2-1 , scored with a thunderbolt to make it 2-2 , and what a 3rd goal for him @ 89 minutes , almost 40 metres out , the ball went accurately , floating just on top of the ground , and loop into goal !

And his first FA Cup as captain !

CoolMyth SG

Actually, only 3 people.

Hamann, Kromkamp, Morientes. Yep, the substitutes. Laughing

Everyone else really totally seh. I'm impressed they still won the cup.

CoolMyth SG

I thought it was going to be another English final heartbreak like last season against Chelski.... Wink

R3SsH|n SG

i am still in shock…4 minutes of injury time…that was all we need…
