Reason to rest Gerrard was that Gerrard will be deploy as a free
role midfielder , task of defending will be to Alonso and Sissoko
.
Gerrard will have an extra burden to push forward and nick in a few
goals , of course with Crouch in a more supporting role .
Garcia will be more like a predator , lurking in from those gaps ,
create movement to create gaps for others to explore .
