It is really a good haircut if
the hair cut makes you look handsome, cute, beautiful
and
your like the hair cut.
It can be a good hair cut for one person but you might consider
it an average or bad
hair cut.
A good hair cut can come from a $1 hair cut, not necessary must
be from a $1000 hair
cut. 
I think Chemistry is impt between the stylist and urself... The
interaction and understanding between the stylist and myself is
often what I look for...
I hate it when I tell the stylist 1cm, they go chop off 3cm
But of coz if they think 3cm off is better
then maybe discuss b4 cutting and I can consider...
Stylist can tell me his/her point of view and we can see if it
suits me or wat... And over a period of time, slowly the stylist
will know your preference and what suits you...
