Ah Ben will shuffle the defence for the match against Arsenal to prepare for the Man Utd Match.

Therefore, I dun forsee Liverpool in holding Arsenal with our weak zonal defence system during corners.

Wenger would take Chelsea match as a reference on how to beat Liverpool.

Unless Cisse can suddenly be on form for a break-away goal, I dun see Liverpool winning the game at Anfield.

Liverpool cannot have players in getting a yellow or red card to miss the Man Utd Match.

So, disadvantage is against Liverpool.

2-3 to pool… fowler scoring….

chihuahua SG

I sure have the feeling that they will.

Just look at how LFC strikers have been misfiring and you'll know what i mean.

fowler the god? can he last long enough to score a goal? maybe if he's on form..

I'll just have to pray that the defenders/midfielders wear their scoring boots Laughing .

Although arsenal are going through a bad patch of form, but then again, liverpool are experiencing that too.. burnout from 43 games played already..

i would be happy with a draw..

ghimpheng SG

it is just the height of it not really the size XD

X-men SG

Liverpool still not able to beat BIG teams... Crying or Very sad

CoolMyth SG

It will be an open game of football.

Can Liverpool do what they did last season first-half at Anfield? Arsenal had no shots at goal and no corners though they scored with the first chance with Vieira.

But Neil Mellor won for 'Pool in the end with a cracking shot that caused Houllier to went bonkers. Laughing

Hope 'Pool can win. Cool

ghimpheng SG

I think it would be a 0-0 or 1-1 draw !

Sol Campbell playing ? Toure came back from African Nations Cup Final ?

If Wenger trying to play those youngster defense against Liverpool this midweek , then they'll be looking for trouble ! Twisted Evil

If Sanderoos can contain crouch , they can't contain Fowler .

Gerrard and co will bully a Veira-free Arsenal midfield . That young spanish midfield chap too feather-weight for Liverpool .

Arsenal will be happy to steal a point at Anfield .

If not , Liverpool 3-0 !

Poolman SG

Kolo Toure and Emmanuel Eboue have reported back to Arsenal following their African Nations Cup duty.

Both players are available for selection for the Premier League fixture at Anfield on Tuesday evening (8pm).

Arsenal will be without Jose Antonio Reyes (leg), Robin van Persie (toe) and Dennis Bergkamp (calf).

Sol Campbell (ankle), Pascal Cygan (hamstring), Ashley Cole (thigh), Gael Clichy (foot), Lauren (knee) and Theo Walcott (shoulder) are all receiving treatment ahead of the match

Poolman SG

Arsenal striker Jose Reyes has been ruled out of Tuesday's Premiership clash against Liverpool due to the injury he sustained at the weekend.

The Spaniard was stretchered off against Bolton on Saturday after a challenge with Abdoulaye Faye.

Initially there were fears that the player had broken his leg bust x-rays have revealed that he has only sustained bruising.

Reyes said: "Luckily it's bruised but it could have been worse. I am grateful I haven't broken anything.

"My foot is swollen and it really hurts, but at least my ankle is not broken.

"It's going to be treated as a bad knock and I will do everything possible to be ready for the game against Real Madrid.

"I wouldn't miss that game for anything in the world."
