Sunderland's latest result

Sunderland - 0
Birmingham - 1

Bad news for us .

Expect them to come at us for a win to stay alive in the Premiership .

dragg SG

should be an easy win for liverpool.

sunderland are definitely going down this season.

stellazio SG

pool will win without too much problems..sunderland problems is scoring goals and pool's strong side is not conceding goals..i say 2-0 with crouch to assist.. Laughing

dragg SG

crouch might finally break the duck.

ghimpheng SG

Crouch time to break his 0 ! and easy win for liverpool

Poolman SG

Wow ! Sure win ? Somemore easy win ?

I wouldn't take this game lightly , always dangerous to take relegation candidate lightly , especially when their survival is concern .

ghimpheng SG

o really but portsmouth also got thrashed by liverpool even though they are lying very low in the epl table and Liverpool are the champion of europe come on this match is a sure win

Something to take note of:

Liverpool is the Champion in Europe, but not in England.

Not guarantee that they can beat any weak team in EPL.

They meet strong team, they play well.

They meet lousy team, they play lousy.

Crouch will not even be in the starting line-up for this match.

So, how to break any duck ???

If I am Ah Ben, I rather play Cisse and Nando to get them to their fitness fast.

As for Crouch, I feel that he need to take a few match break before he can score any goal.

A draw for Liverpool Football Club.

For a victory, the goal will be coming from the captain or midfield.

Poolman SG

Some players will be rested against The Black Cat .

Players like Finnan , will be replaced by Josemi for sure .

Garcia will play for sure after being benched against MC .

Either Hamann or Momo will give way to Alonso if Alonso is fit to play .

Warnock will be rested , Traore will play at left back .

Trust me , Crouch will be benched against Sunderland , NAndo and Cisse will spearhead L'pool .

My Line-Up
1.Reina , maybe Dudek

2.Josemi
3.Carra
4.Hyypia
5.Trapre

6.Riise
7.Gerrard
8.Alonso
9.Garcia

10.Cisse
11.Nando

any ucl match before this?

RSP SG

I expect players to be rested for this game, but the majority of the team will remain. There wont be a massive change to the lineup. Rafa knows this is the chance for LFC to climb even further up the table, I doubt he will want to take too big a risk with his squad rotation.

The defence will probably remain the same. No Josemi for sure. Its an away game and Rafa wont play him there. He knows he sucks. Laughing

Midfield, I expect Garcia to return. and maybe a starting role for Kewell if Risse is injured. Alonso might play if he is fit.

Strikers, I agree that Rafa will probably go with the front two of Morientes and Cisse.

I pray hard that Liverpool can leap to the top four and stay there till the end of the season.

Liverpool is the strongest team this season than Man Utd (Captain & Manager Problem) and Arsenal (Captain & Manager problem also).

Chelsea posts a potential player problem as the World Cup is near.

Hope they just win all the remaining matches and get a good striker, centre-back and right winger during the New Year.

Of course, they can delivered a early Xmas present to all the dead hard Liverpool on Planet Soccer by THRASHing Chelski at Stamford Bridge.

Poolman SG

Next UCL will be in February next year . Then go all the way twds May again .

798 SG

i see a win for liverpool then. Very Happy

Poolman SG

Sorry , L'pool next UCL , against Chelsea , and also the last game for this phase , is @ 6th Dec , three days after that Sunderland's game .

Chelsea vs L'pool not important liao la , think Benitez will plot an all-out offensive for the match against Sunderland and play the young lads against Chelsea .

Jose will also rest some big names for this match . When we put the reserves to play Chelsea @The Bridge , we lose liao got excuse ma . Mr. Green

stellazio SG

no leh pride of champions.. Laughing

798 SG

that's terrible. but i think fans will rather liverpool hold on to chelsea.

Poolman SG

Sorry again , play Chelsea three days after Wigan's match , not Sunderland .

Fixture too congested , my brain also congested .
