Poolman SG There has been speculation that Rafa is going at one of this two wingers this January . Who do you prefer ? Simao - Scored a spectacular free-kick for Benfica against MU , has a lethal right foot . Good and accurate right sided deliveryman . Minus point : Small built , might not tolerate the physical side of British football . Joaquin - Not seen much of him though , heard he has a electrifying speed . And score for fun sometime .
Poolman SG Actually , if want speed , Rafa should take a look at Charlton's Denis Rommadal , this guy can run 100m in 10.81 seconds! One of the Sky commentator said .
iveco SG Don't think Curbishley will part easily with Rommendahl, unless the $$ his sale brings in can get a good enough replacement. Anyway, who's Kolkka?
Poolman SG Think this chap is from Crystal Palace . Think u'll see him in action when L'pool play them in the Carling Cup .
Poolman SG Liverpool hope to land Benfica's Simao for knockdown fee tribalfootball.com - September 30, 2005 Liverpool will try again for Benfica winger Simao when the January market opens. The Reds saw a deal for the Portugal international blocked by Benfica on transfer deadline day last month due to supporter pressure. The Daily Mail says Liverpool are hoping to pay less than the £7million they were quoted for the player last month. Hope the plane don't U-turn once again .
mett SG Despite the goal he scored against Man U, overall, Joaquin would definitely fit the bill better… He’s a great dribbler, good passer, very quick… Though he seems to have put on a little weight these days…
stellazio SG maybe a left back might be on the shopping list..heng your neva get wilfred bouma..Villla must be cursing for stealing him from pool..
