Michael Owen , this win is for you !

Also....Henchoz , Murphy , Cheyrou , Diarra , Dioup ..... and Houllier !

Chelsea has that Special One , in Liverpool , we have "The One" , the one and only Benitez !

chong-ster SG

seriously, i think wenger and ferguson should stop whining and fighting with each other and pay more attention to the 'younger' ones...

rafa and mourinho

though i hate mourinho, i have to say hes great, of cos, rafa too, if not better Mr. Green

Poolman SG

Wearing Red sure win ?

I suspect at first , but......CSKA Moscow won with Red , Arsenal won FA Cup with Red !

Yesterday Newpapaer did say that wearing Red has got that psychologically effect , it does !

Poolman SG

This morning , The two Captains scored first for their club !

Both first goal was scored inside the box .

The second and third goal was scored by foreigners from two clubs ! Laughing

one player you must really give credit too is Jamie Carragher for his effort in defending for pool. yesterday he injured two-times (on-and-off field) for hurting his balls, was laughing why he was unlucky.

it's lucky that his effort paid off. Mr. Green

we must also thank Dudek for shaking his bon bon during the penalty kicks. He shake a bit then milan missed 3. hahaha Mr. Green

~~double post~~

i think the 1st two penalities taken by milan is really badly taken. they must be laughing their ass off and blast the ball without thinking.

Poolman SG

Milanese are tired , that's why !

Think again , three days before the final , they played . Liverpool doesn't !

After going all out for the first half , Milan thought they're safe , but they forgotten that's one of our tactics , in tiring them .

Second half , they are almost shack liao . + the 30 minutes , they are drain !

Why got energy left to kick the ball for penalty ?Even if you got energy to kick , you might not get the accuracy !

liverpool were lucky to win.

count the number of chances milan had. how many were cleared off the line. how many did dudek saved point blank.

shevchenko's goal is actually on side.

frankly the score did milan no justice.

the 2nd goal shouldnt stand. it was offside.

dudek was out of position for the penalty he saved. it should have been retaken.

liverpool were fated to win. it was all luck on liverpool's side.

i wore my jersey to sch today and walked past some indian schoolmates fellow LFC fans wearing the same colours, they saw me and started shouting from one end of the canteen to the other 'LIVERPOOL OOOOO AHHH OOO' 'LiverPPoooOooLlll'

apparently they were on the lookout for LFC fans too. they even hugged me OMG

I have just a few words to say.

We outplayed Liverpool throughout much of the 120 minutes.6 minutes of lapses in concentration led to our appalling defensive blunders which turned the tide. When it was 3-3,deep in my heart,I felt that Pool would snatch it somemore,by a freak goal,by a dubious penalty,by a shootout etc whatever.

It was Lady Luck helping Pool but then again Champions make their own luck like MU in '99.It is Pool's destiny to be European Champions in '05.

Congrats,Kopsters all over the world. And you deserve to defend your crown next season.

But rest assured that the Red and Black Devil will rise again one day.

Forza Milan!

I'm still in mourning...

Forza Milan!

Thank you to all AC Milan fans for accepting the Liverpool victory.

Actually, AC Milan played well for 120 minutes.

Just that Liverpool managed to find HUNGER in the second half and managed to defend for 120 minutes with their tired legs. (That also surprised me Rolling Eyes )

Thank you for giving all the soccer teams in the world a BELIEF that it is not the END of THE WORLD if you are trailing at 3-0 half time.

Hope to see you next year in the Final again.
