last SG · 2004-12-23T10:12:34+00:00

Don't have don't have , now sekali two also available . K.Keegan has said Anelka is available at 8million pounds , not a bad deal leh ! Real is on the verg...

Poolman SG

January transfer window opening soon , if you're Benitez , who you think is a better signing ?

Anelka - Younger , not UCL Cup tie , highly recommended by S.Gerrard ! Had played with almost all the players at Anfield , controversial .

Morientes - 29-year-old , UCL Cup Tie , rumour to prefer a switch to Monaco instead of L'pool . Less temperament .

Danisdead101times SG

depends on their pay~~ see whether my club can survive after buying them ornot…

798 SG

if cannot get morrientes on low fees, can try anelka.

if both cannot. pool should stick to moller.

BrUtUs SG

anelka to problematic so wont wan to sign him, morientes better choice but prefer to return to monaco.... if i were him, look for other options better.... mayb antonio cassano...

Poolman SG

Mellor !! Evil or Very Mad Moller ? Confused

798 SG

mellor. oops! Razz

Poolman SG

Quite headache .

Unless Anelka can curb his attitude , he's actually a damn good striker !

Mori UCL Cup-tie la , no good for L'pool .Unless Ben want him to focus only on EPL , but he want or not ?

Redz SG

If I read Beni's mind correctly...it's Morientes!

Anelka's link is probably deliberate and to be used as a bargaining tool.

Anyway, I dun mind either! Either or both or anyone of their calibre will be positive news! Very Happy

RSP SG

i will get ANELKA.

he is not champions league tied. Plus he is a fan favorite. and He WANTS to play for LFC, unlike Morientes who has indicated that Anfield is not his number 1 choice.

Imagine Anelka and Cisse up front next season. throw in Baros. now thats the stuff. Mr. Green

regularjoe SG

More likely Anelka. I think he has mellowed quite a bit, and the pace is still there. He is familiar with the EPL, and also not CL cup-tied. Keegan is also losing patience with him, and being a former koppite, should offload him at a bargain price to Pool.

Other than that, please go get another goalie... relegate josemi to the 2nd stringers... and maybe one more central defender..

X-men SG

I thought Anelka asked for a big paycheck the last time that's why GH don't want him?

If Morientes not interested... thn... Anelka can lah Mr. Green

gasband SG

Buy Morientes for long term. Cos he will give us an edge in attack. Baros, Morientes and Cisse for attack looks good. Plus Sinama and Mellor is coming thru.

However, for this season, get Anelka on loan to play in the Champions League. Anelka should want it because he did say he wants to play in a team in the UCL to attract big clubs in for him. So he could be a short term solution for UCL.

Medicated Oil SG

Ah Ben need to stay in top 4 spot in EPL.

This is the race that Liverpool cannot afford to lose.

Morientes can still play in League Cup and FA Cup.

Liverpool need to improve its form in EPL.

Anelka can be bought as a reserve striker and sell off for a profit later on to Real Madrid.

Poolman SG

Liverpool had tabled a bid for F.Morientes at 3 million pounds , but Real valued Morientes at the 7 milion pounds range .

This deal will defintely go thru' at between the range of 4.5 million pounds-5.5 million pounds , which is going to be the Catch of the Decade ! Mr. Green

I still can't believe it , F.Morientes for Liverpool !

Wow Wee , we're going to see Morientes in our Red's jersey in January ! Laughing

In the other hand , Neil Mellor will be devastated by the signing of Morie , which mean more bench and subs for him . Crying or Very sad

Redz SG

Hold your "joy"! Smile Nothing is confirmed till he signs.

I like the idea tat we bidded 3.5m; tink tat's abt rite given the fact tat they got Owen for cheap.

Anyway, it's also pleasing to hear Morientes wanting to play for us.

frOst^~^nOva SG

Without a doubt, MORIENTES!!!! i think he'll work better with baros and cisse as compared to the tempermental anelka Laughing

Medicated Oil SG

Liverpool have paid Heskey $11 million and Diouf $10 million and Diao $5 million.

I cannot believe that they are paying a miserable sum of $3.5 million for a world class striker.

This guy can score goals in the soccer toughest game - Champion League.

What we need is GOAL, GOAL and GOAL.

Imagine if we strike gold with the B & M connection !!!!!

This guy is definitely worth more that $3.5 million.

Dun be a typical miser.

If you want to win, you have to pay.

Or else you lose more if you are out of Champion League next season.

Liverpool Board of Directors - Think FAR and Be MORE Hungry !!!

Medicated Oil SG

One more words of encouragement for Moller.

Since Mr M cannot play in Champion League, he is still need as a striker partner for Baros.

So, Moller should not be dishearted and should be happy for more rest.

When Cisse is back next season, Liverpool will be KING.

crazy_prata SG

benitez can try to get PSV's Johan Vonlanthen Cool

Poolman SG

Different manager has their own ways of doing business , I thought Benitez is a better bargain-hunter ?

Although three of his four new signings has yet shown any serious impact , but in one Alonso , this deal is the best , he has already portrait himself in that 25 million pound rated player .

Houllier has bought youth more or less , youth cost us alot of money .
