Clearance Sale for Liverpool

Medicated Oil SG

Ah Ben have started wracking his axe after his return from USA:

Defence:
Babbel
Finnan
Babbel
Vignal
Henchoz ?
Hyypia ?

Midfield:
Murphy
Hamann
Cheyrou
Simcer ?
kewell ?

Attack:
Le Tallac
Diouf

I am just wondering who else he will sell ?

The morale of the Liverpool squad must be very low with the surprise sale of Murphy.

It was done fast and swift without the reaction from the fans.

Liverpool have lost a great player and a marvellous penalty taker.

He is a jinx to Manchester United.

Now, he will be there to break us on the first match. Sad

Just not fair to sell such a good player so CHEAP !!!

Good Morning...interesting news huh?!

Sad to read abt Murph...but guess we need to move on; and hopefully with a better player in place - rumoured SWP Smile

Finann and Hamann may well be moving on too...Josemi already in with Alonso a probable addition.

Well, I trust the judgement of our new mgr...he had given these players a chance to prove themselves. Now it's time he kick-starts our new era!

Move on, Reds!!! Very Happy

I expect Hamann and Finnan to leave.Honestly,I don't mind them going. They are defensive minded players.I believe Benitez will replace them with more offensive minded players.

GH have "well" spent the cash of Liverpool FC.

Now, Ah Ben is forced to clear house so as to gain some more cash.

Milan Baros is NEXT on the line.

Hopefully some replacement players , the rate he is selling, we will end up with no players !! just kidding. I am sure he knows what he is doing. Wink

no murphy, no more offensive players in the middle of MF. so shock man when i read this on the net. like no rumour at all, juz blink n GONE! no more murphy! but benitez knows wat he is doin i m sure of it, lets juz hope that he will bring in a replacement….. hopefully some1 from La Liga, cos their offensive midfielders r so great…

should sell Owen, most useless forward but can fetch high price ….

Medicated Oil SG

Now Murphy is IN,

Owen is probably OUT.

Liverpool seems seriously lack of cash due to the new stadium. Sad

Morale should be pretty low now.

Dunno how they can perform later for the CL match.

Wrong time for such disruption !

UnLeAsH_cHa0s SG

haizz.... lets juz hope they get the right result against Graz. Liverpool desperately need the $$$ to get new players.. all GH fault la!

best is sell Diao, Diouf and.... mayb Smicer. They all take $$$ for being clowns on the pitch. Sell the 3 of them, n juz get 2 more players. Get Joaquin, Rosicky and mayb Maniche. aiya juz sell Diao n Diouf la!

Redz SG

Had the same thot...we seem to sell more than we buy. Worried if we'll hv enuff players 4 our opening game Laughing

But seriously, team morale cld be a bigger problem rite now Confused

Now Murphy is confirmed playing for the Liverpool Reserves Team as a first team player for the whole season.

After falling out with Ah Ben, I dun think Ah Ben would use Murphy for the first team liao.

That is unless he run out of penalty takers.

Guess we are beginning to see the trend of Mr Ah Ben.

He want to establish the point that he is the BOSS and no players can demand a First team appearance from him.

The ending would be like Le Tallac and Murphy - OUT !

I guess Murphy would be sold at a lower price or on loan now.

Maybe Owen have a clause in his contract to confirm his first team appearance every match.

That may be the reason why the contract is not signed.

It will be interesting to see what happened if the REDs dun qualified for CL.

Then, we can see the true face of Ah Ben under stress and pressure.

I rather have Liverpool more time for team building this season and chase for honours next season.

I hope so ... Owen is a goner ... he's too engrossed in horse betting ...
