contractor for hdb resale / does cat jump out of window?

dont know much SG

Hi.
Recently, I bought a hdb resale flat. There are so many contractors out there, not sure how to choose. Anyone has good recommendation?

Will cats jump out of the window? i live on a high floor, so i wonder if i need to change my windows to prevent my cats from jumping.

cat lovers, any idea if cats jump out of windows? If yes, how to prevent?
hopefully, i don’t need to put net at window- which makes it look awful.

thank you.

go to renotalk

as for the cats, i think they prefer lazing around than jumping

maybe they can jump 9 times.......... then tts it.............

You do know the rules about keeping cats in HDB flats?

DON'T CHOOSE Ken Pal. They do very bad renov job for HDB flats.

install new gates, less than one year gates turn rusty. changing or installing pipes cause choking and leaking problems. toilet bowl was not installed firmly, the resident sat on it found the toilet bowl shaky. Tiling job was also very bad. They did not place full piece of tile on the border of the toilet. they also installed the rubbish chute crooked. resident found their water heater stolen during reno work.
