Båseline SG Besides Carlsberg being the jersey advertiser at the front of the home and away kit.... the other one I could recalled is Candy. I always wonder what Candy sells anyway. Any clues here?
Poolman SG [color=red][size=large]Candy ? I've read somewhere , it's some kind of semi-conductor stuff ! My all time favourite : Crown Paint !
sillyme SG they were electrical manufacturers.. before that the sponsors were Crown Paints.. but not many know that for more info Liverpool's Kit History
Båseline SG Oh Yeah, Crown Piants... How would I forget that one. Candy, electrical manufacturers... hmmm. Oh, that link is real cool man. Thanks for the info guys.
makeorbreak SG Talk abt old times, remember the addidas jerseys? They looked a lot better than the current Reebok ones.
Båseline SG The old crop of Adidas jersey is cool but the ones just prior to the Reebok era... loads of teams wore the same design and they almost looked so identical except the colours are different. The current Reebok ones is very breathable and light. I hope one day they do signed up with old flame Adidas again leh.
Båseline SG Ah yesh! Very instant recognition! The John Barnes, Beardsley, Alan Hensen, Ian Rush and gang era.
