HR job agency look for job for everybody, they are not head
hunter. If you can't make different between both, Most likely you
won't be head haunt.
I receive many call from HR agents begging for position to offer
them, there are many ppl without job outside waiting for interview.
They have to call themselve head hunter to make ppl feel good when
they get a new job as if they are head hunted 
When you reaches 30+ you won't want ppl to feel you job hopping,
and you won't hop to another company just for the 10 - 20%
increment, it reflects very bad on you.
