Should a Moderator behave like that?

ended up the moderator reply :

n let me tell u also, u and a few other 'bar' regulars are never welcome in my forum in the first place, but i didn't wanna point it out to shame u, u still buay pai say come in here and tok loud ah? if i ever find out who u r, first thing i'll do is slap your stupid face for your parents!

Question :
1) Is the person out of topic?
2) the person deserve a slap from the moderator on behave of the person parents?
3) what if the person is a girl ? were that be a different treatment?

3rdly, the person it was meant for carried out personal attacks on the mod.

btw theres a whole chunk of insulting posts made by the person it was meant for, and a whole strings of warnings issued by the mod, which u have conveniently omitted. why?

I had encounter it myself with that person in Bar forum before, that person reply is always so harsh, he uses the words like "punch" , "slap" ....

I just find this person very proud as if his father owns the forum.

n also, in threads like these, you can see a very natural response.

normal people likes us, who chat normally in this forum, will response in favour of me, as the topic starter is toking abt.

n people like the topic starter, meaning those 'bar' regulars, will response in favour of him.

n of cos, there will be some who will post to add fuel to the fire......

if such post is posted in bar forum, which is intended for such topic, i would say its too harsh.

but if it is post in a forum of a different ethnic, yes, the moderator has every rights to do so.

I find the moderator should have better words to warn others than, using those "farking".....

he himslef started with warning with those words how he aspect people to cool down?

and in the 1st place the mod posted that reply in his own forum, not Bar. so its not too harsh, and certainly i see no point in talking about Bar forums with regards to this point.
