ChickenPlusChop: PESBL3? Slightly below the minimum requirement
for the spf. But you still can give it a shot. Since you have
completed your NS medical screening. Then i think quite soon you
will receive your SAF posting. Hahah. My suggestion is you can try
to apply around Nov to Dec 2014. Cause the waiting time might take
few months. Just to let you know about my waiting time.
09 May 2014 - apply and send CV online.
29 May 2014 - SA and panel interview
20 June 2014 - 2nd interview
16 July 2014 - received call from shenton medical group
18 july 2014 - medical screening
Till to date 28 july no update status.
Other guys out here, some of them had waited for roughly about 6
months for the whole process till they know their bond signing at
HTA. From here you can try roughly gauge how long you may have to
wait. Hehehe
What you mention about the Minimum Term of Engagement, i have no
idea of that. I am unable to help you with this.
As for the interviews. Mostly ask questions is;
1) what makes you and why do you want to join the spf?
2) how and what are you able to contribute to the force?
3) if you are in the force. How well can you see yourself in 5
or 10 years time?
4) your background check. Eg: whats your parent and siblings
occupation?
5) what do you do normally during your free time?
6) will you go for further studies?
And few more questions.. hahaha
