For the selection assessment, you will be asked to do a
psychometric test, a physical assessment and verification of
documents. Physical assessment include checking of body tattoos(if
any), short march, height & weight etc....
As for the panel interview, you will be interviewed by 3 senior
officers. The questions they will be asking are more or less the
same, such as "why do you want to join the police force", "how can
you contribute to the force?", "are there any plans to upgrade
yourself?". Just appear confident and relax and everything will be
fine.
After the panel interview, they will inform you to go for your
medical check up in about 2-3 weeks. If you got the medical
appointment, it means you have passed both the selection assessment
