nope they do not only take in fresh grads. Like u, i've been
working for a few years before joining the force. i'm 27 this year,
just entered in april.
nope there are no disadvantages for mid career switchers.. in
fact quite a few are mid career switchers.
for senior officers, retirement age is 55 but they are now
considering raising it to 60. yes, after retirement, you may be
offered reemployment.
