the truth is....there're only so many policemen in
Singapore.
They have other reports/other patrol to do. Just because you
don't see them, doesn't mean they don't care.
They are already filled with stuff to do....unless you can give
them concrete information and help them to help you also...
You have a lot of confidence in our police force. A hong kong
visitor once asked if we have police in this country. He said he
was surprised not to see any police patrolling the streets. I
wonder too.
