Hi guys, I booked IPT at one of the Safras and upon making the
first trip, I found out that you have to pay a $214.00 fee. The gym
clerk told me that this not the first case for SPF personel not
informed about the fee.
I went home and booked another but I failed to come for the second
session due to sudden work overtime (lack of manpower). I booked a
third session and the same thing happened. I just checked ns.sg and
it says I'm barred from the program. Is there any way I could get
back in the program? I really want to be in the program. I was
thinking of dropping by HTA and explain this matter. Is there
anyone within HTA that I can talk to in person?
