Just watched confession of crime just now at 10pm.
It is a true story and shows the guy being tortured when get
questioned by CID.
CID take off his clothes, pour water on him and than put him in
a air con room. They did this for 20 days.
Do you think this is true?
I thought this constitutues to abuse of authority by police and
the police officers who did this can get charged and lose their
job?
This story happened in the 1980s.
Or is it in the 1980s the law is still very lenenint towards
police officers who abuse authority?
