i see. same with me. doesnt matter. u can still submit one ur cert when u have them ready. just focus on the interview. one thing i know is they really want to make sure if u are passionate about the job and is not the type who would accept bribe. they are really particular about police corruption.

Hi I’m new here..I went to the selection assessment and the first interview too..However I was unsuccessful..I want to apply again..Can i apply a few days after I got rejected?Will they consider my application or ignore it since i am unsuccessful the first time?

an officer called me abt a week ago asking for my pending docs which i haven't gotten hold yet... i'm done with all interviews and checkups... so, does this mean that there's a high chance that i'm in???

Are u in poly/ite? As long as u dont get a rejection from the force it is fine. People who get rejected usually receive rejection letter within 1 week from selection assesment or medical check-up.

i'm in poly.. i went for the interview in march, went for check up in april, got the call in may. i've submitted everything like birth cert, bank book etc. but i havent completed my poly cos i'm in the last sem & i will be done by april, and the officer called to ask me about the cert that is still pending. soooo yup. once i get my full transcript i'm supposed to email it to them.

Same here. I am on my last sem here. U went for interview and medical damn early! haha. Then no worries lah. U still got long way to go. They also need the Diploma cert right? I can only obtain my cert next year during graduation. A full transcript will do is it?

@recar haha yalah. didn't expect that i had to extend another sem cos i thought i should be done by april mah. skali another 1 more lol. yup he said the most important thing that i need to send over to them is full transcript. when you finish school?

oh I see. U in which poly? This is also the last semester for me. Ok then should be ok lah cos they dont give our certs as graduation only once a year. lol. I went for medical already so I guess we just wait! lol.

Hey guys, so you guys are applying for regular PO?

I'm curious, why do you guys want to be PO, even though the salary isnt high? If Im not wrong its about $1000+. No offence, but just want to know (: Because I want to be PO too, but the salary isn't attractive :(

Haha. Its not really about the money man. For me its a family passion. All my family members are police officers and senior officers. Before they revised the pay starting pay for diploma holders was only 1.2 K and I tell u even with that kind of money I'll still choose to be PO. Its my family business bra. Policing. LOL.

and if money is what u are looking to gain then dont join the force cos seriously u can earn much more outside. U will not get rich being a PO. But at least its what I'll like to do with my life. Well at least for me. Most PO resign after serving 5 years bond. #Fact.
