private diploma holders ( SHATEC )

HELLO. I have a few question to ask..

1.Are private diplomas recognized by Singapore Police Force?

2.What category do private diploma holders ( SHATEC ) go to when they enlist upon signing on.

3.What will the start of be? Corporal or Sergeant?
