intake got some adminstration held up.

Btw for those still waiting for your interview / medical check up/
appointment letter , my advise to you is to be patience.
If you did not receive any rejection letter it means GOOD
NEWS !
Just to share with you the time line i being thru from the start of
applying till i got my appointment letter.
1) Apply PO on career.gov 16 Jan 2010
2) Receive email and sms two/three weeks later to go down PA for
interview
3) Quite lucky to clear the IQ,psyco,admin and 3 man panel
interview on the same day ! But we end from 9 - 4pm. T_T
(Dun be late as i notice career officer hightlighted those
names who are late !)
Happliy chatted with the 3 man interviewer, my family, about
fishing, investment, decision making, blah blah blah. But one
thing is they actually observing you....
4) two/three weeks later, email/sms to go raffles medical for
medical check up
(Congrat if u reach this stage ! 50% in spf le. SPF wont pay
$ to checkup if u tio reject)
5) then wait ..... then wait loh.... I go fishing.... running....
slp..... and wait....
6) First week of apr got the appoinment letter, enlist on 4
may
7) Three days before i go sign bond, say the intake not enough
ppl
8) emo........then wait ..... then wait loh.... I go fishing....
running.... slp..... and wait....
9) Call them , to be frank they dun pick up call ! but try harder.
i got 4 number so call and call. Once u dial in, straight to
the point !
-Say "I would like to check my status of my letter of
appointment"
-Standard reply from SPF: "Your name and NRIC pls?"
-"Tan ah gao, S1234567A"
- Then blah blah blah..... either emo or happy after he tell u
still in progress
- And standard enough they will say, the letter will be send to
your address by friday.
(But they never say which fri... one year at least 48 fridays
lay....)
- Trust me after u wait and wait and wait.... a bit sianz..... but
when u open your mailbox and saw a letter with "ON GOV SERVICE"
Whoohooo !
