el2345 SG i just checked with my OC, anyone can get the number 1 uniform, you just have to draw it out and return when you're done. the sword ceremony is only for inspector and above (SPOs). He is an SI and he just got married early this year, no sword ceremony but he did don the uniform.

skythewood SG from sergeant to assistant superintentent... depending who is free and how serious the case is....
skythewood SG Probationary/ Acting inspector > 2LT Inspector (1) > LTA Inspector (2) ==> CPTsingapore police inspector cover all this one…
Tiggerific SG what you mean by spf OC? NPC team leader? OC squad?could be many things.OC armoury, store, the different investigation teams, transport.... ranks would usually vary from Station Inspector to Inspector though.
Tiggerific SG Min. is SSactually Sgt also can. I have a friend who is OC Armoury, but of Sgt rank. But I suppose he's more of the exception rather than the norm lah
