I was selected for the second interview and was told that I will be interviewed by the director as the first interview I had with them had led them to shortlist me and 2 other people. According to other sources, I would have to take medical examination for my second interview.Does the second interview meant I got the job?

If I am being interviewed by the director, anyone who had been through that phase, can give me any advice to what I will be going through?

director interview will be the same as any other interview lah. But as it's a second interview, you may wish to ask more questions about the job and such.

from what i heard, director interview would have a panel of other top management in the department other than director himself. will ask u questions like what knowledge and skills you have that would be crucial to their department. you have to look confident during the interview.
