To report must go there personal or email can? I heard have to
pay them money to investigate?
You can go to any Police establishment to lodge a report, or
better still go to Police Cantonment Complex [CAD is based there].
If not, you can lodge a report online at:
http://www.spf.gov.sg/epc/ePCLinks.html
as well.
And I don't know where you heard it, but you heard wrong. If
Police are taking over the investigation, then you need not fork
out a single cent.
