Its depends on the property.
If its a private office building, then its up to the landlord
and building management to decide.
If its a JTC office building, its not legal to rent out the
place as a living quarters. If its the staff living in the
office because of sensitive goods and date and security purposes,
the management company will usually close one eye.
Otherwise, you are better off finding a real bedroom to rent
with a landlord owning the place.
