Anyone know if my Masters degree would give me an advantage in terms of promotion or pay rise ? I know that the entry salary does not base on post grad degree, but would my masters degree be wasted? asharae SG I believe it'd be similar to SAF. They have different payment schemes, and progression plans. Masters is no biggie tho, you'll be surprised to see a lot of scholars climbing over you.

Belmont SG hmmm, they take into acct ur 1st degree but MAYBE you get slightly higher pay and start as ASP. just apply for SPO and see how lor...if u get in then we will be colleagues.
