I am new here. Really desperate for help.
1. My eight year old son was subjected
to a police ‘interogation’ and threatened during a case
interview.
3. Two months
later, a charge was served in court.
Both our children’s perception on the authorities
have changed.
Our lawyers had instructed us for an independent
party to verify these claims. We have gone to
NUH neoroscience department to see a so-called pscyhologist but was
given a cold treatment upon hearing our complaints. I am
really frustrated that nobody believe us. Can recomend any
organisation that can help to verify these claims?
what happened? who was with the children during the recording of
the statement? by "a charge served in court", do you mean that you
have been summoned to the courts to be a witness and testify in a
trial?
