From the email chain, I can see the last minute request from
customer came at 7am today. First response went out at 8am.
Customer need us to reach hat yai by night tonight. Either SQ or TG
already missed the morning windows, afternoon and evening flights
also cannot transit in time to catch the connecting to hat yai.
They even last minute try to book airasia directly but the
booking window closed also. So now I am sitting here typing out
this reply.
