Indeed I do call them shitty bank...
Quite some years ago when I called their enquiry line becoz
their feedback page is down... Their call centre kept asking me to
use the feedback page to feedback that the feedback page is
down...
I totally gave up on them later...
(though I still have shittybank cc)
