if your results are good and you are most likely to get a place
in uni, better don't sign on. If you do, you cannot pursue
full-time studies.
Either you join the spf as a regular but miss out on uni
totally, or get a place in uni, but have to wait to see whether you
end up in HTA, CDA or BMTC for your NS.
