The thing is under the Misuse of Drug Act, Chapter 185, Section
8
Except as authorised by this Act, it shall be an offence for a
person to
(a) have in his possession a controlled ; or
(b) smoke, administer to himself or otherwise consume
(i) a controlled , other than a specified t; or
(ii) a specified
This friend of mine would like to report a drug trafficker who sold
the drug to him but is afraid to be arrested under this act. He
want to check in to a half-way house, but by right he still had
committed an offence.
So... is there a by "left" to this story. Checking into rehab will
he still be liable for arrest and conviction?
