Besides direct entry, SPF Local and Overseas Scholars add up to
the pool of SPO as well.
Lastly, a small percentage of JPO who performed extremely well,
will be referred through file and case basis and move up ranks of
SPO.
Getting to be SPO by direct entry is not easy. So many graduates
looming around these days compared to the past. It is impossible to
have so many leadership role players in SPF.
