Went for the briefing... no food there though, haha... Was the
only one wearing a white T-shirt, kind of casual compared to the
others.
But was kind of weird out when the asst. superintendent said the
course will be 9 months. And the batch starts training by end of
november. So if everything goes well, I would be able to provide
service as a VSC in end of august next year...
Was expecting it to be 6 months, as stated in the pamplets... So
now the road to volunteering my service will take about 14 months,
after I submit my application forms.
The road to becoming a VSC is very tedious, it is actually
discouraging me from joining... But I will preservere. I hope there
will be no further unpleasant surprises to discourage me...
