i got a few question.
1) Did you know what type of offence did the kid commit?
2) Is the kid under wanted list for some offence? (even missing
person police had the right to bring back)
3) Do u know anything about the kid background? like suspect of
some offence?
4) Using handcuff is stated inside the SOP, when the police officer
already informed his supervisor that he is going to to bring back
the kid for some offence, and without using handcuff, the kid fled.
U think who would kana?
