hmm.. care to elaborate more? From what I know, its kindof
impossible to kill someone with a taser, unless he or she is
wearing a defibrillator (heart implant).
But I do know that many Police Officers (around the world) abuse
the use of tasers, due to the fact that it has a very low risk of
causing serious injuries to the target.
