Whats the best time to join SPF?

Hey guys.

ok, if lets say i'm 17, have 3 GCE O level points, and I'm currently taking a private degree course awarded by an austrailian university, I can still defer my NS right?

also, when is the best time should I apply to join SPF, right after i get my degree, before NS or BMT, during/after NS or BMT?

spf recognize private degree meh?

otherwise with 3 O's , they wont even take you in

ya, it's recognized by singapore's civil service(went over the police recruitment website link), part of Association of Commonwealth Universities.

also, if i were to come in with this degree i could do direct sgt entry? or is it more complicated than that?

3 GCE O Levels, no chance lah. You need 5 O Levels and a degree. Overseas degree need to be recognized by SPF. Since you have checked that and it is recognized, no problem. But 3 GCE O Levels won't help you.

have a degree if you wanna sign on. like tt get at least an INSP. honestly it has better prospects than Junior Officer.

regarding whether you can defer anot, please refer to CMPB, they will be the one that will be able to answer on that topic....

as for when you want to join SPF... its up to you which rank you wanted to join with the Singapore Police Force? you can choose to be a Junior officer or senior officer as long as your education level permits and recognised by the recuitment department.... do come down to our roadshows or fill up the enquires form if you have any doubt?

Your poly diploma would override your O Level qualifications.
