That is not true. Officers who reaches mid 30 and beyond will
not be asked or even pressuried to leave. As long as there is a
positive working attitude, there is always a suitable vocation for
these officers. Btw, Police Officers are on permanent scheme unlike
the armed forces where it is contract based.
