I read an article on the net saying sledgehammer training is
very beneficial. In a nut shell, it involves taking a sledgehammer
and hitting it non-stop on a tire.
I stay in a HDB and do not have any backyard or gardern so I
decided to do it at my nearby park. I train at a secluded part of
the park. The sledgehammer is 8lbs and people might be
intimidated.
Is it illegal to do so, can they arrest me for possesion of
weapons?
