TRACOM is moving.

There's a event for those officers to take one final tour around the place and even buy some souvenirs.

And they allow families members to be brought in so you can regale your encounters and all those ghost stories to your kids/grandkids/great grandkids.

Event : Walk down memory lane
Date : 10 Dec 05
Time : 1200 hours
Place: TRACOM

I hear there will be childrens event like face painting and games. Adults can choose to buy some souvenirs.

Do check with your division MPO for details.

Retirees, by all means, get yourself acquainted with your old division's new MPO and get yourself invited to the event. I would love to be able to hear your stories of the Good Ole Days Police Academy.

Police Academy Open House Police Academy - Walking Down Memory Lane

Police Academy (PA) together with NPCC HQ will be relocated to Home Team Academy (HTA) at the end of December 2005. In view of this, SPF is organising a Police Academy Open House Police Academy - Walking Down Memory Lane on Saturday, 10 Dec 2005 from 8.30am to 6.00pm for officers to reminisce the time they had spent during training in PA. The officers include retirees, national servicemen, VSC, NPCC cadets and officers and serving officers. This is also an opportunity for them to meet old friends and take photographs at the various training venues. There will be 2 time slot for the event i.e. (a) from 8.30am to 12.00noon which is for police retirees and invited guests and (b) from 12.30pm to 6.00pm to all other SPF and agencies' officers/staff and their families. NPCC comes under (b) time slot i.e. 12.30 pm to 6.00 pm.

2 The Organising Committee takes great pleasure in extending this invitation to NPCC cadets, NPCC officers, members of NPCC Alumni and staff from NPCC HQ and their families to join us in the Open House from 12.30pm to 6.00pm and look forward to receiving the cadets, officers and staff of NPCC and their families at the event.
