Its not only SPF.... usually for females that decided to work in
the society always have difficulty in decision... but its common as
women is always being doubt in their work regardless of which
occupation....
*sigh* well, to me they are always equal... its just a different in
SEX...
in my opinion, when come to work, some women can actually perform
better then men....
