Viewing Bills Online (No Need Send Mail To Us)

Do singtel singnet have like viewing monthly bills online if we opt to? Singnet, singtel. maybe even town council can send email noticification (autmated mail) to remind people to information or notifications available so they noneed to send mails to us?

I know power grid SP services go already. can other issurance comnpanies also do the same like spservices.?

for banks, some banks also have like e-statement and paper statement usually cost like 10 cents per mail...

I think those elderly would still prefer hardcopy letter as there are still people who is not tech-savvy...
