But i do agree with you that cable wire are occationally being used to restrain criminals..... and its due to the officers' AOS and quick-wittedness to use cablewire at that point of time.... its a temporarily solution then a permanent solution.... cheers
houndy SG yup... it is when there are many many people and not enough handcuffs.. believe you never get handcuff before.. cause if you cuff a person, you will see a full-grown man groaning in pain.. when the metal meets the bone and you just cuff that bugger tightly... it is very pain...
