kakashi84 SG to be a policeman during interview?i heard that only 1 person out of 50 people will be chosen.what kind of questions will normally be asked during the interview? any guys in here got tips for wannabes like me? i think being a police is a very noble job.

anthony77 SG 5 years of your prime youth is not a joke. I guess those guys who sign on from their PNS days know what they're expecting and what they're doing when they sign on since they had a "taste" of the work they'll be doing. Anthony
houndy SG hmmm...maybe they got good records.. lol.. my team got 2 PNS tried to sign on but rejected...seems like NPC is a dumping ground for bad people i suppose..
houndy SG Depends on how you look at things, If you are in for money. Dont think there is any point in signing on. But if you think you can do something like helping people and protecting life and property...There is great joy if you actually save a life or even arrest someone that had destroyed others..
huaiwei SG In the same way they seem to show preference for those who served NS police and subsequently tried to join SPO. Tat is practically a life-time choice....if they stay long enough that is lah.
huaiwei SG Oh well....I heard how one NS chap tried to sign on in my NPC too.....he wasent successful. Why? Seems like the reason was probably bec when asked why he wants to join...he said something like "wanting to be with this pals"?? Well..........the SPF recruiters probably dont think they are a place for social getherings....
