The story goes:-
Mr Shannon Tan lost his Nokia 3315 more than a year ago. He made a
police report at Hougang NPC and his case was subsequently
transfered to "F" Division. The police managed to retrieve his
phone and arrested the thief. However, one year on , in December
2004, he has failed to get his phone back. He claimed to have made
20 calls to the officer in charge of this case but could not get a
satisfactory reply. Therefore, realising the powers of email ( I
assumed), he drafted a mail to the Commisioner himself and CC to
various heads and the MP of his GRC and of course not forgetting
the press.
