chunyong SG FRCs carry what is needed for NPCOs to protect themselves and carry out their duties although some items are rarely used. Some items that i can say are First Aid kit so we can render 1st aid to injured people during a crisis or RTA and roadblock stuff so we can perform road blocks. No MP-5 lah....u think is the states where some of the patrolmen are SWAT trained and can change into SWAT gear by taking the SWAT bag outta the boot ?
