Hahaa....but isnt that the paradox of it all. The fact is we try
so hard to catch thief, but at the end of the year, when the
numbers are tabulated, they end up having to explain the "rise in
crime rates?"
In a crimeless world, at least in the statistics, is one whereby no
crime is reported I guess.
